We are unable to refund if given less than 24 hours notice for cancellations. However, we know that you don't always get 24 hours notice before someone gets sick so if you email hamilton@getmessy.co.nz before the start of the class we offer 1 make-up session for use in the same term.
Make up sessions available if you notify us before the start of your booked class. Make up must be used at the same venue on a regular weekday session (subject to availability during the same term). Sorry be we're unable to offer make up classes for special events and weekend classes.
